Hi @EvandroSaturnino and @fjarri, I am pleased to inform you that you have both been approved as Community Beta Stakers.

Please set up your node based on the Beta Staker requirements here: tBTC Beta Stakers Program - Threshold Docs

Onboarding can be coordinated via Discord.

Thank you, but before doing this I would like to know the answers to the questions I posted previously.

Also, is your link correct? I don’t see any requirements there, just what @dtbx is planning to do.

Thanks @fjarri, I updated my post to the correct link.

I’ll start a thread in Discord to have your questions answered, since I am likely not the right person to.

Looks like things are working out, here is my ETH payment address:

I am interested in running a beta staker node. I am in the process of securing a delegation.

Qualifications

My day job is working as an Site Reliability Engineer where I manage thousands of VMs and Containers
Currently hold a position on the IG committee.
Run a monitoring service for the community

If approved, I plan to use infrastructure as code to automate moving from one VPS provider to another in a matter of minutes in different countries. I previously built this successfully for keep nodes.

I am interested in joining the Beta Staker Program Expansion and will need to find a community delegation of 40M T.

Currently, I manage and monitor multiple full nodes for private clients, including Ethereum and Bitcoin nodes. I’m experienced with stacks like Electrs, Prism, and Prometheus for monitoring.

For the tBTC node, I plan to run the binaries to enhance performance. I intend to use a cloud-based VPS infrastructure, strategically positioned across multiple global data centers. To ensure maximum reliability and security, I will establish an advanced monitoring system and implement a reliable redundant backup strategy.

Hi guys,

Is this Beta Staker Program still open?

No, it was closed several months ago

Hi @Vict0r would the DAO intend to run a new program for additional nodes next year ?

I have interest to run a node for tBTC Beta Staker Program. I am experienced with all related technical stuff to setup, run and monitor nodes and all necessary server and infrastructure on reliable Datacenters considering all aspects of redundancy for connectivity and energy supply.

Hello @FREDY and welcome to the community!

There are no plans to as of right now, but there are lots of discussions ongoing.
