Dear Thresholders,
we have discovered that the Snapshot vote for TIP-102 proposal was incorrectly created with a 3-days vote window. Maybe due to this fact, this proposal has not achieved quorum and the vote has been voided.
As established in TIP-026, the vote window for proposals that do not require immediate on-chain actions is 5 days, and the required quorum for a proposal to pass is 1.5% of the T token supply. It has been a recent common practice for Snapshot authors in the DAO to create the proposals taking into account low participation on weekends, so we usually try to avoid them.
Given all the facts above, after a discussion with Threshold community members, we have decided to recommend a second vote for TIP-102, so the community has the usual time window to vote, and to make sure we announce it properly so our token holders have time to participate and vote.
