This will be my final invoice, as I officially resigned on September 26, 2025, after extensive consideration.
The note I shared with the Threshold Committee:
I wanted to share that Iāll be stepping back from my current contractor role with the DAO. While there are definitely important tasks outlined in the role, I donāt feel that it fits the needs of the DAO as written. I think itās better to take a step back now and reassess whether an alternative role might make more sense going forward.
That said, Iāll still continue helping out where itās most critical in my volunteer capacity on the Threshold Committeeāthings like governance communications and managing the annual committee elections wonāt be left unmanaged.
