Since @JULIAN and @badc_23 received equal votes, I would recommend both of their terms expire in February. I would like to hear other opinions on the matter though.

I’ve read through the rules established by TIP-031 and don’t see this particular situation addressed.

You are absolutely right, good catch, I didn’t consider that situation. Since the order was assigned when the vote was created, your suggestion is the best solution.

Due to this tight in the votes, 4 seats will be voted next elections cycle in February, 2025.
