We definitely need feedback on this, as it should be aligned - but I motion we compensate Ashley not just for the 9 days she’s requested here (based on TIP-50 passing on May 21st, creating this role) but for the full month of May at the 30 hours/week specified in the proposal.

The rationale is that this role could have been approved in April had Ashley not put the DAO’s interests first by prioritizing the ongoing marketing work streams over getting DAO buy-in on TIP-50 and the role.

She worked at least 30 hours/week the full month of May (as she has for nearly a year without a break) on not only the deliverables in the 6-month plan we developed and posted here in answer to questions about role metrics, priorities and accountability but also on TIP-50, the plan, the Marketing Guild Q2 budget request, the first Marketing Guild Committee meeting in the new structure, etc.

I’m happy to discuss if anyone would like additional context or has questions/feedback.
